When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another ... that we, the people of the united states, are absolved of all allegiance to the democratic and republican political parties and should no longer allow them to hold the political system hostage to their unconstitutional quasi-legal political coupe, in disregard to the rights and responsibilities enabled to government by the Constitution of the United State of America.
