World Cup Results: Haiti 1 Monsanto 0

Caught this little tidbit on the net.

"A new earthquake" is what peasant farmer leader Chavannes Jean-Baptiste of the Peasant Movement of Papay (MPP) called the news that Monsanto will be donating 60,000 seed sacks (475 tons) of hybrid corn seeds and vegetable seeds, some of them treated with highly toxic pesticides. The MPP has committed to burning Monsanto's seeds, and has called for a march to protest the corporation's presence in Haiti on June 4, for World Environment Day."

The rest of the world recognizes when charity is self-serving. The time has come to take away the charter of all corporations, and introduce a sense of responsibility before granting any rights. In fact - what p[art of human rights can a corporation expect when in fact no corporation is an actual human. Let the corp eat their own monsanto seeds.

We may be hungry, but we will not eat poison.
