Salmon Art at the UVAA

ReadWasn't able to stand deep enough back to get the entire visual perspective of the clearcut trees surrounding the set, but this is the primary piece in a show of Salmon Art at the Umpqua Valley Arts Association. The 5-week show opened last night to the folk music of Laura Kemp. The show also features the underwater photography of local artist Richard Grost.

ThisThis is rural culture from the Violet Umpqua - the place where blue amerika and red amerika have beaten each other to bruise colored purple.
