Slowly breathe deep

This has been a challenging week. Little disruption in the smooth continuity of 'normal' life appear to have stacked, such that every perturbation has it's own butterfly effect. The answer of course is to cook stew - something that i had planned for a while as host of the formerly mythical Friday afternoon Grange lunch. So i was fully taken by George Ure talking about stew at Urban Survival.

The tension on the ground can be cut with a knife, as we approach the next witching day - which floats depending on whose information you are working with. Let's just say that keeping calm is one of those things that is hugely important when facing the unknown. Feel has become the tense sense, replacing hearing as the important one. I plan to let the negative go and accentuate the positive, yet all my regular sites of interest seem to miss the yin/yang nature of the magnetic poles. Stop reading, start creating!

Do what you do, and do not make excuses for yourself. Whetting the taste-buds and sharpening the saw are metaphors for the preparation time that we all need to be in the right space, where our frequencies may merge and empower larger entities. No solo journeys - we are in this together, each with our own individual style and flair. Support the people who are thinking and doing and allow those who object to dissipate from your perspective.

We shall see what this new day brings ...
