edges and margins
are places where effects change
we need to change an effect
people know right from wrong
but when confronted with choice
feel compelled to wink and follow
because the hassle of the burden
of penalty for non-conformation
when past states wipe clean
press forth with little tolerance
no winks, no passes, no egos
just not accept the wrong
shun those that insist on hysterics

while undermining the concept
