This is a very odd article - long with lots of lines between the lines. At the end it claims that they respond to complaints, but there aren't many of them. Well - if the secret part of the secret means anything, then most people don't even know that they are being looked at, until a request comes for records that are not general access. Plus, today's society plays pop-up gopher with anybody that is not playing lemming. Speak howdt - don't let the politically correct shut the rest of us up. Knowledge is potent when applied properly.
