How Water Works

Lately, i have been listening to Eckhart Tolle - the man is one of the literary giants of the day.  His soft-spoken truth about welcoming a new earth is right on to where my mind-set is at.  As a Speaker of Gaia, i have decided to allow the chips to fall where they may - the mole will no longer accept whacking!   It is thyme for something gnu.

Water, water everywhere and all the boards did shrink, water water everywhere, but not a drop to drink.  Our water world is sentient, it supports life of different magnitudes in different forms.  The matter that we use to cognitively think is grey putty - interconnected quantum mechanically to all other grey putty.  As the strawman laments, if i only had a brain...

Water does have a very simple air about it.  When water is contained, it becomes the medium instead of air.  If we take the dielectric constant difference between air and water, i would surmise that the two media differ by a resonant harmonic.  That is to say that water acts as air and every wave transversing through it has proportionally longer to move.  Thus, the phase is changed and the vibration carries on at another frequency.

Let's step back.  Water is composed of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom.  The chemical bonding is very well defined.  The electrons in the molecule share love in their pairings, the pairs repel each other to place the space into a perfect tetrahedral, with 109.4 degree bond angles.   Two of these pairs have love mates (OH) - two of the pairs are simply from the oxygen atom.  They all wiggle and squirm and send off love vibrations in their new found polar environment.

The H-O-H angle varies with each vibration of the molecule.  The two O-H bonds start at bond length just shy of 2 angstrom units length.  There is a symmetrical stretch where both bonds work together in tandem to expand and contract together.  There is also an asymmetrical stretch, where one bond contracts as the other bond expands.   The bond angle and the two bond lengths constitute the three degrees of freedom for the isolated water molecule.  The water molecule is in the C2v point group.

Bulk water has different properties than individual water.  The hydrogen atoms that roam freely within water are called protons.  These protons give water a property called pH - which is a measure of acidity.   The pH scale runs from 1 - very acid to 14 - very basic with a neutral point at 7.   We use buffers to calibrate our instruments at pH 4 and pH 10 - these are standard laboratory mandatory chemicals.

Water attracts water.  In bulk water, the individual oxygen atoms of water are surrounded somewhat evenly by hydrogen of other water atom - in an array that is 'hydrogen bonded'.  The tetrahedral form is repeated at a greater size and the individual water atoms have the freedom of mobility within a friendly array of self.   Water is polar and the array of water near a surface is described by Pollack in great depth in The 4th Phase of Water book.

When unlike things are dissolved in water - well that is another topic for another time.   That we are water beings and have control of our water is a concept that requires reversal.  That our water controls our beings as part and parcel to the world of nature on Gaia - that is where ones individual consciousness might ruminate on the topic.
